What is Hale?
Hale is an app that keeps you connected to your doctor remotely. Whether checking in between visits or addressing new issues, Hale is a simple way to stay connected and reduce the number of trips you have to make to the doctor's office. You'll receive the same great care and attention from your doctor - wherever you happen to be.
Is the Hale app secure?
Yes, Hale is 100% HIPAA compliant, so your personal health information is completely safe and secure. Because Hale connects you with your own doctor, an invitation is required and only patients of doctors already using the Hale platform can use the app.
How much does it cost to use Hale?
Use of the Hale application is free for providers and their patients; Hale will never charge you for access to your information, to send and receive messages from your providers, etc. Any fees requested by third parties, whether directly or indirectly related to the care provided to you through the Hale platform, are between you and those parties alone
Why can't I log in to my account?
If you are having trouble logging into your account, double-check that you are using the correct email address and password. (While you may have more than one email address you regularly use, only one is associated with your Hale account.) To reset your password, tap the "Reset Password" link underneath the green bar on the login screen. Enter your email address to receive a link that will allow you to reset your password. If you do not know which email address is associated with your Hale account, or are continuing to have trouble reseting your password and logging in, please contact us at support@hale-health.com so we can identify what's going on and get you logged in right away.
